EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: 2023
During 11/16/2022–11/30/2022, employees eligible for benefits will have the opportunity to make changes to their current benefit options or enroll for the first time. This will be a passive enrollment, which means if you do not take any action, the benefits you are currently enrolled in (or not enrolled in) will automatically roll over to the 2023 plan year. You will not have another option to enroll for benefits until next year's Open Enrollment for 2024.
All carriers will remain the same. The only changes made this year are the medical plan and medical rates and Wenspok Companies will continue to cover 75% of all premiums for medical, dental and vision coverage.
If you plan to have or keep your medical coverage for 2023, you do need to take some action. You need to choose a Primary Care Physician. You can view plan rates as well as instructions on how to choose a Primary Care Physician in Paycom right now under 'Benefits' and then 'Benefit Forms and Links'.
