At Wendy’s, we believe that supporting local schools is about more than meals—it’s about investing in the heart of our communities. Since its founding in 2023, the We Love Band™ program has raised more than $148,000 to directly support secondary music education across our markets.
This fall, we are proud to continue the tradition with Sponsor Nights and marching band events that bring students, families, and fans together.
We kicked off the school year with Swag & Frosty Days in August, where students from Mead, Mt. Spokane, Cheney, University, Central Valley, Lewiston, Ridgeline, and Lincoln Southwest high schools received Wendy’s × Band swag and Frostys. These pre-season events fueled excitement ahead of the first marching band performances of the fall.
A Sponsor Night is a community fundraiser hosted at Wendy’s. During the event, 25% of sales go directly back to the school’s band program. Students perform live outside the restaurant, bringing music and school pride to families, alumni, and fans who dine in or carry out. Sponsor Nights are about more than fundraising—they’re about celebrating student musicians in the heart of their community.
Each Sponsor Night is a chance for our communities to show up for their schools, enjoy Wendy’s favorites, and make a lasting impact on local music programs.
Beyond Sponsor Nights, the We Love Band™ program is proud to support large-scale competitions and exhibitions in October. These events showcase dozens of schools and celebrate the best of marching band culture:
The We Love Band™ program is about more than sponsorship. It’s a commitment to celebrating the dedication of student musicians and helping sustain the programs that bring music, discipline, and pride to our schools.
As we enter another fall season of Sponsor Nights and competitions, Wendy’s is honored to stand alongside students, families, and educators who keep the music playing. Together, we are building stronger communities and lasting traditions—one performance at a time.
